YES. Alternate utility companies reduce rates but not kwh usage. WES reduces kwh and earns you utility company rebates to help pay for the System.
2. WES uses ZWAVE wireless technology. Is ZWAVE a new wireless protocol?
ZWAVE has been in service for over 15 years and is a proven protocol. ZWAVE technology is installed in products developed by major manufacturers such as GE, Schlage, ADT and Black and Decker.
3. Are there other wireless installations in the commercial building market?
YES. Major energy management companies such as Johnson Controls, Honeywell and Trane offer wireless solutions to their very large commercial customers including the Empire State Building.
4.Can I finance a WES solution?
Yes. WES offers a leasing program through a commercial leasing company with very attractive rates.
5. If we use leasing, do we keep the utility rebates?
Yes. All financial benefits accrue to the customer.
